1982 Marshall JCM800 2210 on the clean channel with a 1979 MXR Distortion II, and 1980 Op Amp (v.4) Big Muff.  The pedals were using the same settings marked on Billy Corgan's pedals, and used on Siamese Dream.

Photograph is the exact setup, but is missing the photographs of Microphones.  A Royer 121 and Sennheiser MK421 were used, through a Neve 1073 preamp and into the Kemper.
