We use a hybrid method of recording and mixing, on tape and digital. We the sum your mixes through our analog hardware and outboard equipment to achieve that analog warmth, girth and polish you just can't get

ACR offers radio ready mixes, and will refer you to specialized mastering houses for your CD and Vinyl album releases.

THE STUDIO

Audio Cave Recording Studio (ACR) is a hand crafted recording studio, built with love and care by a lifelong performing and studio musician. Unlike many studios at our level, Audio Cave is a HYBRID recording studio, using the best of both DIGITAL and ANALOG to create the best sound possible. We are one of the only studios at the Project Studio level that offers both Reel-To-Reel, 1/2" tape recording as part of our services, and can provide a hybrid of both in and out of the box recording methods, depending on your needs and budget.

Owner and Engineer Scott Martinez is the guitarist (former bassist) for Alternative Rock band, Alice Sweet Alice (ASA) and originally built this studio for ASA's use. ASA has recorded songs at Audio Cave that have made it to the national radio charts. Scott has been in and out of studios since the 1980's, so working in the analog domain was always the goal from the beginning. In the beginning of 2015, Audio Cave finally came out of the computer and into the real world. We care about the music we put out and the artists we work with. We have been there.
